Hi, this is yash swetta.
I have to lodge complaint against 'bookmyoffer'.
I had ordered a samsung portable charger of 16800mah for rs. 548
Order number:- [protected]
I received the order on time. But i was shocked to see the delivered order.
I received mi portable charger of 20800 mah which is also defective. I was not there to receive the order or else i wouldnt have taken it.
So i am lodging here my complaint to either get my money back or else provide me with proper samsung portable charger of 16800 mah as mentioned during the payment of the order.

Updated by YashSwetta I have not been receiving any sort of reply from the company to solve my problem nor to replace my portable charger. I would kindly request to sort out the complaint as soon as possible.
