I am truely annoyed with this company . I've been calling the company since 2 hours on their costumer care . They are simply cutting - off the calls . Out of around 30 calls they have took 1 call in which when i announced the complaint they didnt have anything to answer so they simply cut - off the line. This simply shows that this company is a fraud. Now, I dont know what to do . I've tried my level best but no result came . This is the reason i complaint you thinking that you will help me. I want to get my money back and give this product to them. They are not listening to the complaints also. Please help me to get my money back. My name is kanav taneja. And the item is sold by BKS store. And shipped by saturday media internet.
