I had ordered a mi powerbank on 15.04.2016 under order number [protected]. the product delivered to me under the same was defected. i tried to reach the company to complain about the same but my complaint was declined again and again. i had compaint three times and i was told that the company will be acting against the complaint in 20-25 days. i have not received a single call from the since 2 months. i tried reaching their facebook page butthere was no response. i request you to please help me to resolve the problem at earliest.
