I ordered this product (reference no. [protected]) on july 27, 2016 and received it on july 30, 2016. the product packing was in very bad shape, the product looks damaged and not genuine. also the sony headset that were shown on the order description on the site http://www.bookmyoffer.com/ are not in the package. i request a refund as soon as possible.
