I received one mobile nokia n73 on 27 th july. But the product i received is usless. Battery backup only 2 hours after full recharge. Local charger i recieved. Volume button not working properly. I mailed the matter. Also called so many times to customer care. But only one msg i recieved that they will send courier person to me to replace the product with in 7 days. Now 17 days done. No person contact me. Again i sent lot of msgs to customer support mail i'd.. No reply from there.. Order number is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

We apologize for the inconvenience. we will replace your product. we will send our courier person at your shipping address. please hand over the product to him. it will take around 5-7 working days. after receiving product from your side. we will send new product at your shipping address. it will take around 15 working days for the whole procedure.
