Reference no.[protected], samsung power bank 16800mah got here on 04/06/2016. I had charged it for eight hours. After that i used it for recharge my mobile. It seems only 2 minutes charging and battery shows as empty. Can i replace the same? It was packed by the company on 30/05/2016. It was delivered to rajkumar r, nss ghs perunna, changanacherry, kerala, 686102.
