Here is to inform you that i had booked powerbank on 26th june and i received at 8th july. From the time of arrival it was not working and i am calling to your tollfree number since last 3 days, and i also kept a compliant mail to you. but there is no response from you. so kindly take my fault product and give my money back. The power bank is from Samsung company and we are not getting any usage from it. your customer care center people are also not responding about the compliant. it is not good for you to behave like this to a customer. i bought so many accessories from the online and i didn't get any complaint as your site. so, i want my money back. you please send your address to which i have to send the fault product.
