I have ordered a samsung power bank 16800mah, the samsung power bank which i got is of 25000mah and is not working. The cod wire and powerbank whick i got is seem to be a used product. I have call the customer care and mail my complaint but i didn't get any response. So i want to replace my order if possible or i want to return it. My order number is [protected]
