I ordered a power bank (25000mah) and memory(Samsung 64 gb) card .. memory card is not working and power bank which i got is 16800 mah which is also not as I ordered.

my orderd cod is : Wbl#[protected]

I want to return this or change this with original one asap.

I also made a call to this company and they did not pick up. [
customer care service put you on hold and after some time they disconnect your connection automatically ].

I hav mail them, their response is that plz grant them 48 hour to solve the problem but nothing is happen ..

I want a action on this as soon as possible.

I had complaint this problem on 17 aug the day after I got the product... but no action is taken...

kindly plz take action.
