Hi, this is mahesh. I have booked a bag in bookmyoffer.com on 3rd sept 2016 bearing order num: [protected] and it has delivered on 10 sept 2016 and i paid money through cash on delivery. And after opening the seal i have checked the bag, and i found that the bag is not original product, and found a defect. So then i mailed the customer care ( [protected]@bookmyoffer.com ) regarding the defect i have found, on the same day itself. Then they replied me to send the photograph of defect and asked me to explain me briefly about the problem i was facing with that product. And then i have sent a mail including the photo of defect and about the quality of the product. And then i didnt get any reply from the customer care, so i called the customer care on the num [protected] on the next day and talked with them about the product, then they told me to wait for 48hrs and you will get responce mail from them. I waited but i didnt get any reply from them, i have lost my patience and again i have mailed them about my problem. After then i have got a mail from them as such " the product has no warranty/guarantee ". But i was not bothering about the guarantee and warranty, the main thing i want is the original product with a good quality and the product they sent me is already defected. Even though they didnt mention that it has no warranty or guarantee in site. All that i want is my money back because i dont hope that they would good quality product in future, they might send same product again and they can make my time waste. So please kindly help me, i want justice.
