I have received adidas/reebok men's albis 1.0 m mesh running shoes just rs 999 only, 7 via order no [protected] yesterday itself.

I wan't to raised the complaint as there were small cut on the left leg shoe on the strip as well as on the mesh.

I tried to contact via phone but no one was responding,

Herewith attached photo's of the shipment as well as damaged shoe.

As i am following this from dtd. 13/05/2016 and still awaiting for your prompt reply.

This is not acceptable at all, i have done the shoping from all site through online but the experience i had with you is very bad.
The product which you show on the site is quite different than what you sent, also the packing of the shipment is so bad that products does not look original at all.
