Dear sir

I am in trouble because i cheated by bookmyoffer a ecommerce site, selling various items with attractive discount. i ordered 2 memory cards (64gb and 128gb) of samsung brand and received after one week. i found these cards are fake and not working. i also lost my data due to these fake products. i called customer care but they not picking call. i found a lot of fake products complaints of this site on internet.
They are not replying of my mails.
Kindly suggest me what to do.
