[Resolved] BookMyOffer.com / Saturday Sunday Media Internet — Received faulty damaged products. Please return my money.

I ordered 2 powerbanks.But after that i cancelled both and still they delievered me the product.Now those 2 powerbanks are faulty and the memory card with them is also not working.Its a loss of total Rs 1400 for me.Please help me out with this.Its a fraud.The people who are running this company should be arrested as early as possible.Please do the needful.

My product details are
Samsung/Mi 20800mAh Powerbank with Samsung 64GB Memory card - [protected]
Samsung/Mi 25000mAh Powerbank with Samsung 64GB Memory card - [protected]

Both produts are not working.Please ask them to return my money.I tried to contact them through mail and customer care.But they don't reply to mail and they disconnect call in between.
