I have received faulty piece Samsung power bank from you
I have ordered 16800 mha battery but received 25000 mha power bank written in it but it will not charge even one mobile.

I request you to replace the same give me what I have ordered.l want to confirm that is it first hand or second hand product you have supplied as it has no box nor any warrenty card in it just wrapped in plastic cover.
