I order an Samsung Power Bank 16800. And the Packet I received was not properly Packed in Samsung Box, It was just wrapped within a Polythene with a BookMyOffer slip. It seems like it is Second Handed packed. The Power Bank could not Charge any device, it is totally not working. My Order No is : [protected]
Even I just have the slip on the parcel. I am totally feel cheated. Please Help Me.
