I have ordered from www.bookmyoffer.com wih following order details
Order date - 03.07.2016 13:37
Order confirmation number: [protected]
Product samsung/mi 20800mah powerbank with samsung 32gb memory card, sony headphone combo.

Received local faulty powerbank.
Local headphone in the name of sony. which are not working and are damaged.

I called customer care but no one is attending the call. i also emailed customer care but not response.

Please replace faulty product or refund my money back.
