Hi Team,
I have ordered sony 10400mAh power bank with 1150 rs, but received duplicate very low quality 10000mAh power bank. Order no. [protected]. I have called their customer care multiple times but no one was picked the call. So, raised the complaint on their website now they are not ready to refund my money. Please help in this.
