I would like to inform you that i have booked samsung 25000 mah power bank on 09 june 2016, order confirmation no. [protected]. I received old, damaged, faulty and defective power bank on 14 june 2016 which is 20800 MAH power bank which is not working.

I have mailed many times about collect old, damaged, faulty and defective power bank and return my entire amount 598/- (which i paid). But there is no response regarding return from thier side.

Hi I am Ganesh vandal from Dharwad. I booked a samsung power bank On 30.5.2016 The order number is [protected]. The item is delivered on 4.6.2016.shipment no[protected]. You have given us a duplicate product.I ordered a samsung brand but it's a fake one. It's not a original power bank. So please replacement the product otherwise refund the amount otherwise we will report to the consumer court. All companies are giving replacement than why don't you.
