I ordered samsung 16800mah power bank on[protected] and my order no. is [protected]. I received samsung 20800mah power bank on[protected]. the product i received is a used one with scratches and pen marks on it. Its also not working properly and even the charging pin is not correctly fitting my phone. i called the custoner care many times but there is no response and the call is being cut. i also mailed to [protected]@bookmyoffer. com. but there is no reply. i want to return the product and my money refunded back. plz help.
