Sir I had ordered one Samsung 25000mah power bank from book my offer and the produced discription read as "Buy any one Samsung/ MI 25000 may power bank Just in Rs. 299 only " which was a false statement a the product cost me ₹548 . Even after considering this thing I was delivered a Samsung power bank of 25000mAh which is not original. To file a complaint I called on the given customer car number [protected] . Which ultimately cuts my call when I chose the complaint option. Quick actions to be taken. My reference no. [protected].

Sir, this is not a sort of reply i expect from you people.
It has been 8 days since i have filed my complaint here and even on your customer care helpline . No actions regarding this issue has been taken, neither am i getting a clear answer from your side that either i will get the product exchange or you will do refund . This is seriously seeming me a kind of fraud to me and i am highly dissatisfied.
