On dated 29/07/2016, i bought a samsung evo 64gb memory card from bookmyshowoffer.com for rs-598 (Rupees five hundred ninety eight only) however when samsung evo64gb memory card was received on 03/08/2016, i discovered that it was a faulty in the following ways: after the delivery of the card i inserted the same into my phone, and found the memory card's memory was free, i started to copy all my photos and files into the said memory card, after some files where copied/transferred to the said card, it started giving a status of memory full, and when i tried to view the files it was showing corrupted and was not able to open the files, then again i transferred all the files to my phone in-built memory and then the files were working properly, then i formatted the purchased memory card again and same thing happened on transfer of files.
I have mailed them also but yet to get any proper response. I am trying to communicate with them through telephone also but after sometime eighter they are disconnecting the phone or they are putting the phone on hold.
I am entitled to a get the facility of refund including all delivery costs.
I would be highly obliged and grateful if you kindly look into this matter and guide me for an appropriate solution to get the refund against this faulty product.
