I purchased samsung powerbsnk 16800 mah fro m book my offer site. I receive powerbsnk 2500 mah, which is faulty. I tried to contact cc by phone/email/contact us page from last three days but there is no response. I want return the product & refund my money. Please do needful. I tried more than 50 times at customer care no. But the phone automatically disconnect. I also email but there is no responce

My order is 2 mi 20800 mah power bank ...i send bookmyoffer is 2 sumsung 25000 mah power bank and very very poor product ...my order no- 1-[protected] and 2- [protected] and bookmyoffer's very poor servise...plese solve my problem

Which is not of my order.The product I receive is also not working well(faulty).I contact customer care about this.& said him about replacement or refund. Not any
Positive response from them.After I receive a mail from company. Company said that the product is deal product and for that no replacement or refund.Sir I want my ordered product or refund. Please do needful.
