I had bought a samsung power bank of 20000mah on 25th of july 2016 from bookmy offer website i got cheated item which is notworking it has written 16800mah, 20000mah and 25000mah different places and it's not belongs to samsung company, not genuin and three times i have called customer care and said about the problem where they said we will refund your amount within 10 working days but still i have not got the refund. Please help.
