I m purchased a samsung power bank 16800 mah but there is no adpater with power bank and also it is damage product. It is not loading the charge. It is deliver damage product to me. This company is fraud and also it has so many complaint about this product. The company is show other image of product and deliver damage product. This company behaviour is unprofessional its not customer care not received the calls and not reply any mail. Please help me to fight against this company.
