Sir I bought Samsung 16800 mah power bank on may 29th 2016
from making an order at Book My offer and delivered via E-com Express
It did not working properly. The blinking lights are not working correctly and it is not fully charged but it shows that 4 leds are fulled. when we charged a phone from this power bank it even charge a java os based mobile phone fully.
I want refund for this product
Please respond for the complaint very soon.

Complaint has not Solved power bank is not working since we are not using it after lodging complaint. Since no body contact us to resolve the problem. The seller company is not good there call centre no is not giving any responce Now we are treating this company as a fraud if it is faithful than it should be pick there power bank from us & refund our amount
