I have booked a samsung power bank 20400 mah, order no: [protected] and received on[protected]

After payment of cod amount of rs. 648, i have opened product box for checking and shows that it is damaged, putting it the charge not charging of power bank and also i have tries it several time but result is zero.

All i can say is that this is my worst online shopping experience.
Kindly take the proper action against my compliance and refund my amount.
