"i have purchased samsung power bank 20400 mah through book my offer and it is totally useless and faulty. And they give me a duplicate product. It's not working. So i take a back my money... My order ref. Number is [protected]. So it is duplicate and it's request to replace it or return my money rs 648. Plz help me for returned my money.."

It's my complaint but bookmyoffer don't reply my complaint... So now take a legal action.. Am going to consumer court.

I have recieved a Samsung powerbank capacity on 24/6/2016, but sorry to say that it is not working for 10minutes even.i tried to send message on www.book myoffer.com.on 26/06/2016 but till l today they did not answer. kindly do needful to replace powerbank immediately.Thanks
