I brought a samsung power bank 16800 mah and got delivered on 30/05/16. Order reference number is [protected]. Shockingly when i opened the box found the power bank is broken and looks like its a used product. Tried several times to call customer care complaint section however call got disconnected automatically after few seconds without resolving the issue.
