I have received a samsung power bank on 22.07.2016. I charge it full and then connect to my mobile for recharge it. The power bank discharged within 5mints. It seems that the power bank is defective. I start complaining to you from 24.07.2016, 25.07.2016, 26.07.2016, & 27.07.2016. Then a mail from you come to me on 29.07.2016. That the item is again sent to me on 28.07.2016. Stating that if i didn't get the item within 10days then inform to you. So on 05.07.2016 i again mail to you. But unfortunately i did not get any reply from your side.
It is my humble request again to you that please replace the defective samsung power bank as early as possible. Or refund my money.In anticipation of an early reply.
