Dt:[protected] Ive ordered for a samsung 16800mah power bank. with order id:[protected] i got the deliveryof the said samsung 16800mah power bank yesterday. Its not at all working. i cannot find any user manual or any sale invoice. even the packing of the product is not at all proper. even when i cal ur customer support the cal is being disconnected automatically. i need a refund of my money.
