Samsung power bank not working properly. I ordered this product for my use. The product reached yesterday evening but the power bank not functioning. The on or off button not working. Still from that my mobile not charged. So please take off it. Its very much regretable for ur company that ur product is not in a working condition. Ur company carries only bad product and cant able to satisfy customers. This is the real fact.
