Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased Samsung Power bank 20000mAh LED Light with 64GB Memory card from bookmyoffer.com with order no. [protected]. In order shipment i have received 2 items in which i have received 128GB memory card instead of 64GB card But the received memory card is not working in my new phone, after storing data in the card, that files and data is getting corrupted in the card. Hence i have asked replacement but there is no response from the merchant.

pls. help me to get my query resolved.
