I have called customer care so many times. but they refused by saying its a DEAL product.
But this doesn't mean BOOKMYOFFER will send me a product of different brand.
One funny thing is INVOICE sent me with the product is of same brand which was chosen by me i.e SAMSUNG and product relies to different brand i.e MI.
The product was of COD. So Bookmyoffer could inform me about the out of stock of the product. But just to sell their product they sent a wrong product.
Now i want only a SAMSUNG power bank if you can help pls.
i don't want MI product. by seeing different product i have not touched it again.
Please HELP.
