[Resolved]  BookMyOffer.com / Saturday Sunday Media Internet — Used products received

I ordered two power banks. 1 of samsung and another of mi. But i received both samsung power banks, that too used.
It's looking as it is not a fresh piece. There are lot if scratches on it. And it's too dirty.
Really fed up of the quality. You people think v r fool. Get it back. Don't want anything from this site.
Let me know how can i give it back. Take it back asap.
