I bought an power bank (samsung led 599) on 25 of july.

And first of all it's wrong product as well as the wrong one is duplicate... it's 25, 000 mah but it's not even charging my phone 50%.
Also the charging cable is not working..
What the * is that... are you kidding to me...

No one is picking up the phone and nobody is replying to the emails..
There is no option of return... site is still showing that fulfillment is in progress...
