Dear sir/ma'am
I have received my order but there is mistake. I ordered 32 gb samsung class 10 memory card but i got 64 gb samsung class 10 memory card in delivered packet which is not useful for me. So i want to return it. My shipment no./ air way bill no.[protected] order no. Is [protected] reference no. [protected].
I called to customer care and many more customer care numbers of ecom express and book my offer but there is no positive response to me. Please take this matter strictly.
Please return it as soon as possible.
