Sir,
I order a product from book my offer.com on 8th may 2016, my order no. [protected] i received on 16/5/16 but it's wrong product, then i complain on 19/5/16, again complain on 31/5/16, 3rd complain on 7/6/16 after that they pickup my product on 8/6/16 but till now they not send any replacement product. After that their customer service not picking any phone and their service website are not open.
Please take serious step against them.
I need my money back.
