I had ordered a Nike sports shoes of orange colour with order Id [protected] on 29.7.16 .After receiving it by shipment no.[protected] by Ecom express i found the product was a huge fake it was duplicate black Adidas shoe.After that i called up its given customer care but they rarely pickup the phone.I hv also mailed to the company but they are only misleading me.plz grab ur hand on this query so that i get my needful. I want my cashbook or provide me with the correct product I ordered.
