I ordered one power bank ref no. [protected] in the name of honey jain, but it was not working, neither able to charge and neither charge anything

I ordered samsung power bank, but when i open the courier box i found that it was not a original samsung power bank, i am already pay 550 for that, i am also mark a mail to company but they don't revert me back
