I had bought samsung 16800mah samsung power bank and the product is not at all working i want my money back. My order no.[protected]
. I had call many times but customer care executives does not pick the calls. I have even sent e-mail regarding this fraud. Then also no response from their side. Kindly help me. I want money back. Its not samsung product also its totally fraud product. Bookmy offer.com is fraud site to grab peoples money... Samsung company should also file case against bookmyoffer.

Received my order if power bank today and its faulty.
1. I assured from samsung its not original.
2. No box and gurantee card.
3. No receipt.
4. All scratched up.
I want my money return as soon as possible ... i have tried calling customer care and send the mail 3 times and i have reacord of all data... if no action taken i will have to take help of consumer court.
