I have ordered the product pack of a hp laptop bag and xiaomi power bank and leds and earphones. The reference no. Is [protected].
The bag i received was not same as shown in advertisement and of very poor quality. The power bank is damaged as well as not working effectively.
Earphones are not supported in androids.
It doesn't ends here. Even though the time i received the product, i am trying to connect with customer care executive but their service is too much poor and still i am not able to connect with them. And the way they packed the product was ridiculous. They are cheating with the customers. I am an awared citizen of india and i know my rights. I will go to consumer court and show them what we can do. They wanted to cheat us but they have to pay a lot for thier work.
