Fake product sales
I had bought samsung 16800mah samsung power bank but i have delivered mi power bank in packing and the product is not at all working i want my money back. My order no.[protected]. I had call many times but customer care executives does not pick the calls. I have even sent e-mail regarding this fraud. Then also no response from their side. Kindly help me. I want money back. Its not samsung product also its totally fraud product. Bookmy offer.com is fraud site to grab peoples money... Samsung company should also file case against bookmyoffer.

after my complaint Bookmyoffer replace my product on dated 1/7/2016 but again product is Old & faulty not at all working.
Please refund my money from this company.
