BookMyShow Customer Care's response Hi,

If you are a superstar customer, you can cancel your tickets under ‘My Profile’ Terms and Conditions apply. We now also have a cancellation feature available for a wide range of cinemas wherein you can get back 70% of your ticket amount if you cancel your tickets 4 hours prior to the show time. You will see this option under the cinema name while booking your tickets on the app/website. A cancellation for rest of the cinemas is currently unavailable. However, the good news is that we are in process of on-boarding these cinemas to enable the cancellation option for you.

I had booked tickets for Sanju movie for 7.30 pm show by icici credit card.. bt i did not get the buy 1 get one free offer on icici credit card. Also i wanted to cancel my ticket since i booked it erroneously for wrong date .. bt bms was of no help in cancelling the tickets. The tickets maybe cancelled and i maybe refunded the amount.
