Few days ago I booked tickets from book my show.Tickets were booked successfully and payment got deducted from my account but then i got a message that ticket has not been booked.
so I contacted book my show help desk via email and explained everything to the customer service agent and asked for help.She assured me that we will look into the same and refund the amount for unsuccessful transaction. I kept on following on email with the help desk and they informed me that as per there records tickets were booked and nothing can be done. I informed them that i have checked with the PVR team and no tickets were booked on my name and someone else booked it online. I followed up with the team but it has been 12 days and no one has bothered to reply.
I could not believe there wasn't a way to rectify a technical mistake. It has been more than 4 days ever since our last conversation on the phone or email.I have not got even a single mail regarding the refund. Please help me understand why haven't I heard from you ever since the incident happened, why would I use book my show next time while booking tickets, why the so called customer service if you can't help, if you book tickets you should have a way to make changes if you can't refund because we pay you extra compared to actual ticket's cost, I did not expect book my show to step back when I was looking for help.
