On 14-jul-2020, while browsing on youtube.com, found an ad about cheap tabs with very high end configurations from this company. When i clicked on the link provided it led me to their online shop website and i placed an order to purchase a tab (Wizpad f1 max 10.5" - quad core, 6 gb ram and 64gb rom hd+ with wifi, dual sim lte etc... https://www.bookmytab.com/wizpad-f1-max-105-inch-hd-display-8-mp-selfie-camera-w...⇄ for rs. 4299.08. I was supposed to get an email from their with all the details of order and invoice. However, i didn't receive any emails till date. After a day, i tried to contact them and sent an email ([protected]@bookmytab.com) inquiring about the order details and invoice. That bounced back. Today, i received a parcel via shadowfax and when i opened the package, they have sent a tab which very old and very low end configuration. They don't have proper contact details mentioned on the website and also on the parcel (Sender details) to contact them for replacement. Was this information helpful? |
