[Resolved]  Books Made Easy — Unauthorized charge to my credit card. Unethical, unprofessional.

UNETHICAL! UNPROFESSIONAL, UNACCEPTABLE!

They charged me $59.99 for a service I did not request / sign up for. They do not provide a phone number to contact them. No one responds to the email address they provide. They do not provide account information so I can identify / edit my account information. They have a money-back guarantee but they do not honor it. Can't reach anyone. Someone contacted me and agreed to return my money. A few days later, my money was back in my account. They are not very responsive but in the end I did get my money back. It was unnecessarily scary though. That part needs to be fixed.
