I ordered from the website three book sets and a book on June 19, 2023. Then I contacted them on their Instagram page and asked how long it would take them to deliver the order, and I was given a response of 6–7 days. Now that the time's up, I tried contacting them again, and they left me on hold. I've tried multiple times, but they just keep on reading.
I was really excited about the books, and have saved up for them on my own, and now I'm so disappointed. Furthermore, I would like them to either deliver the order or give me a complete refund.
