Bosch Company — No good service at all

Hi my name is sachit v pednekar r/o H.No. 2182, Chandra wada Fatorda and I am from margao goa I have bought a bosch refrigerator from talaulikar electronics margao after 2 years the refrigerator stopped working so I called a bosch service executive and he checked and he informed that one part is gone and he need to place order for the same and it will come in 8 to 10 days, after 12 days he comes at home and said that by mistake he ordered wrong part and he said that I will order the part on urgent basis and now it's almost more than 25 days there no answer from anyone of them.
