Bosco — amount debited and order not placed

I placed a order for gorilla e1-1200mb bldc motor with remote control 3 blade ceiling fan on october 5th 2018.
Amount of rs 3045 debited from my account, i have not received any order id or confirmation from flipkart, i made a call to the customer center they said and confirmed me that they look in the issue and given me the ticket no : incident: in[protected] and assured that the problem will solved by 9/10/2018 at 9 pm.
After this i received a mail from flipkart saying as my mobile is able to contact they will closing this ticket and issue.
I as shocked and inform them about.
Then they the amout will refunded with 24 hour, but till now nothing happen.
Iam very much worried. Could you please look in this and solve the same asap.
