I have purchased boult audio ProBass curve from flipkart on 9th Nov 2020 from flipkart. But now the mic is not working. I complained through customer care No -[protected] on 9th August 21 and my ticket id was 00220391.They pickup the defective head set on 11th aug, But still no response from boult. I tried several times they tell me same thing we have not received the product, while the courier company (Shadowfax) says they have already send the defective product to boult audio.
